Introduction & Inception

Bangkok International Cuisine Company Limited is a part of the Rembrandt Hotel & Hospitality Group of Thailand. We are into food, processing high quality Indian/ Thai/ Mexican/ Italian/ Oriental ready meal and snack products. The success and growth of our premier brand restaurants, Rang Mahal and Red Pepper and our rich domain experience had inspired us to enter into ready to eat food industry and take different cuisines to the food lovers around the world.

Our mission is to follow good manufacturing practices at our facilities, comply with hygiene and safety regulations, ethical norms and provide unmatched service excellence to satisfy our customers.

Timeline

 

  • Registration of Business.
     
  • Construction and establishment of state of the art food manufacturing facility to produce frozen ready meal was completed at Navanakorn Industrial Estate, Thailand.
  • Food certifications from FDA/ DOA/ DOF (Poultry & Fisheries) were received. EFSIS certification for GMP/ HACCP/ BRC was received. Domestic business started with introduction of Rangmahal & Red Pepper brands first shipment to United Kingdom was recorded in October 2007.
  • ISO 22000:2005 & ISO 9000:2001 accreditation, IFS certification.
  • MAFF Japan certification recieved. Factory was totally damaged by floods in October 2011 and operation was discontinued. We reconstituted our business model aftermath of floods, by successfully incorporating ever changing customer and product requirements.
  • Contract manufacturing and co-processing for exports – agreements with supply chain partners were completed in January this year paving way for new business.
